Big Changes

It is unbelievable to think that May is upon us, and half the year is almost over! These past few months have been a whirlwind for my personal and business life. We are now officially settled back in, in our home state of Virginia. Woohoo! As soon as we moved back, the job hunt started for both of us, and now we are happy to say that we are employed and moving on with our careers! What a great feeling!

Along with the move came a change in clientele. Again. I am so very fortunate to have generated such wonderful relationships before I moved to California. I get to check back in with my regulars and am accumulating new friends along the way. It is so special for me to get to watch the families I photograph grow each year. I have missed a year of birthdays and holiday sessions, so I am anxious to get back out there and reconnect. That's going to be starting this weekend! I get to photography a longtime friend and client and her beautiful, growing girls, another family I met right before I moved, and a new family who is connected to my boyfriend. It will be a busy weekend, but what other way to jump back in than with a little bit of crazy!

It feels so wonderful to be accepted back into Northern Virginia with my families. This year will be a busy one, but I feel positive about all the new, big changes facing me and Sarah Grace Photography.
